Branch Manager (m/f/d) 100 %

Tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the technical, personnel, and economic management of the branch with around 20 employees and apprentices
• Further development of the location as well as active participation in shaping the regional corporate strategy
• Leadership, motivation, and promotion of employees as well as further development of a positive corporate culture
• Expansion of existing customer relationships as well as active acquisition of new projects in the areas of ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and service
• Responsibility for calculations, pricing, as well as contract negotiations
• Ensuring an economically successful development of the branch based on defined key figures
• Close cooperation with the regional management and the various specialist departments within the Hälg Group
• Role model function as an authentic leadership personality with high presence in the market and among the employees

Profile:

• Further training as Dipl. Techniker HF HLK, Ingenieur FH HLK or a comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership responsibility within building technology, for example as a department, area, or branch manager
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as sound business knowledge
• Strong customer orientation as well as enjoyment in developing long-term partnerships
• High social competence, empathy, and the ability to inspire and further develop employees
• An authentic hands-on mentality: You lead with presence, take responsibility, and pitch in where you are needed
• High initiative, decisiveness, and implementation capability
• Good knowledge of modern ERP and CRM systems as well as a strong IT affinity towards digital processes
• Ideally an existing network within building technology in the Mittelland
