For our client – a leading, independent Swiss family business in the field of renewable energies & climate technology with over 300 employees – we are looking for an approachable and experienced personality for the location in the Bern region, starting January 1, 2027. Your mission: • You competently and at eye level advise and support managers as well as employees in your area in all personnel-relevant and labor law issues. • You directly support the KV apprentices, coordinate cross-departmental apprentice topics across all vocational training professions, and develop vocational training in a modern and future-oriented manner. • You manage the entire recruitment process – from the job advertisement through application interviews to the creation of contracts. • You ensure smooth HR administration (entries, exits, creation of employment references, master data maintenance). • You actively participate in future-oriented HR projects and the continuous digitalization of personnel processes. Qualifications • Commercial basic training with a recognized HR further education (e.g., HR-Fachmann/-frau mit eidg. Fachausweis). • At least 5 years of practice in a generalist HR function or as an HR Business Partner. • Valid vocational trainer certificate (Berufsbildnerausweis) as well as demonstrable experience in the training or support of apprentices. • Strongly developed advisory competence, empathy, and assertiveness – even in demanding situations. • Structured, networked, and reliable approach with high service orientation. • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite; fluent German as well as French language skills are an advantage.
