In order to strengthen our General Secretariat Department, which offers high-level legal and compliance services to our internal units, we are looking for an experienced insurance and compliance lawyer, between 80 and 100%. Various missions awaiting you: Thanks to your knowledge and experience in the Swiss private insurance sector, identify and provide legal support to the business units in analyzing legal novelties relevant to our insurance company, ensure follow-up on their implementation to ensure the long-term compliance of our operations, as well as benefit business projects concerning these aspects with your legal expertise Carry out the necessary internal analyses and preparations to coordinate and respond to requests from supervisory authorities, accompany their on-site inspections, and make the necessary communications to the authorities in a timely manner to guarantee the regularity of our activities Contribute to the sustainable compliance of our activities by ensuring the updating of internal directives, monitoring regulatory developments, managing compliance risks and related controls, periodic reporting to management and the board of directors, as well as the preparation and animation of our internal legal committees In collaboration with business colleagues: plan, develop, and conduct, in French and German, training and awareness sessions on topics relevant to Vaudoise Assurances Collect, identify, and process reports of violations of our internal regulations, in company with other stakeholders of the enterprise What makes you unique: Master's degree in Swiss law mandatory, additional or postgraduate training in insurance and/or compliance, an asset Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the Swiss insurance sector indispensable French native language and excellent command of the German language (minimum C1 level) You are also pragmatic, comfortable in your contacts with your colleagues and external stakeholders.
