Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF or Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit EFZ Your tasks • You ensure needs-oriented and professional care of our residents • You take responsibility in the nursing process and act as a trustworthy contact person • You take over the organization of the shifts and maintain an overview even in hectic moments • You document nursing processes precisely (interRAI LTCF) and actively contribute to quality assurance • You accompany, support and promote our trainees (FaGe) • You work closely with relatives, doctors and other specialist departments You bring with you • Completed training as Dipl.
