Within a multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to carry out varied daily missions:

• Ensure basic care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being
• Perform technical nursing care and administer prescribed treatments
• Cooperate with other health professionals to guarantee optimal patient follow-up
• Participate in the therapeutic education of patients and their entourage
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices by participating in team meetings and regular training

This position will allow you to practice your passion for care while developing your skills in a dynamic and stimulating environment.

Profile sought:

To be eligible for the nurse position, you must hold a bachelor's degree in nursing care.
Recognition of diploma mandatory for foreign diplomas.

You must also have excellent knowledge of the protocols and standards in force in the medical field in Switzerland. You are committed to providing quality support to patients and demonstrate empathy and kindness in all your interactions. You know how to work autonomously while being a true asset to your team. Stress management and rapid adaptation to changes are among your qualities. You value exchanges with other health professionals to always guarantee optimal quality of care.
Qualities sought:

• Solid knowledge of nursing care and medical practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent management of time and priorities.
• Great empathy and listening toward the patient.
• Adaptability in the face of unforeseen situations.
• Knowledge of Sadies software
• A minimum experience of 6 months in Switzerland is mandatory.
