Job Description

• Ensure daily management of service performance, in collaboration with the teams
• Lead incident resolution activities
• Manage projects related to the evolution of logistics equipment and continuous improvement processes, in collaboration with internal partners
• Guarantee the maintenance of best practices by participating in sector management meetings and by developing a culture of respect for standards
• Perform audits and propose appropriate optimization actions
• Manage and participate in the employee training process and in the updating of materials and procedures

Profile

• HES Engineering degree or Bachelor in Logistics
• Mastery of the provided IT interfaces (ERP, SAP, BI/TABLEAU, FLEXNET, Office pack-)
• Knowledge of the Supply Chain
• Mastery of transversal flows and procedures
• Resident in Switzerland
