Senior Project Manager Innovation Networks & Specialist Leadership Project Management (all) In this demanding and exciting role in the Networks business unit, you will take over the management of overarching projects and the coordination of innovation projects. You will actively shape the further development of our business unit, Asset Management (plant management), and our project management. In doing so, you will ensure that projects are implemented professionally, efficiently, and sustainably. Senior Project Manager Innovation Networks & Specialist Leadership Project Management (all) Your tasks Overall responsibility for the management of overarching key projects (infrastructure and systems), such as the realization of our new EDM system landscape or Smart Grid projects, among others Coordination and control of innovation projects – from the idea to implementation Further development and standardization of our project management methods Implementation and ensuring of project standards along the SIA phase model Establishment and further development of project governance and project controlling Coaching and support of project managers within the company Close cooperation with Asset Management, Engineering, Operations and Network Economics as well as other business units Active stakeholder and change management to ensure acceptance and successful implementation of projects Your profile (Technical) university degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, industrial engineering or comparable A doer type with several years of experience in leading interdisciplinary and complex projects, the energy & infrastructure sector or in a comparable environment (mandatory) Sound knowledge of the SIA phase model Certification in classic project management is an advantage Very good knowledge of project management methods (classic and ideally agile/hybrid) Experience in transformation or innovation projects is an advantage Strong implementation strength and structured way of working Strong communication skills, assertiveness and confident appearance Enjoyment of change and design in a dynamic environment Our offer Work-life balance Various flexible annual working time models, home office possibility as well as modern office premises in a central location.
