HR Specialist 30-60%
Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for HR management (operational and partly strategic)
• Leadership of the employees in the secretariat
• Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle (entry to exit)
• Advice and support for the management in all HR matters
• Personnel administration including contracts, certificates, and absences
• Recruitment of new employees
• Implementation and optimization of HR processes
• General administrative activities
• Assumption of further tasks according to instructions from the management

Your profile

• Several years of practical experience as an HR generalist is an advantage
• Experience in a leading or responsible HR function
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Discretion, sense of responsibility, and high social competence
• Good knowledge of labor law
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
