In addition to the cable cars, Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG operates, under the Mountain Hotels and Resorts brand, more than 20 accommodations ranging from simple group houses to high-end four-star superior hotels. To support the Mountain Plaza hotel team, we are looking for a person as: Chef de Partie Production / à la carte 100% The hotel The Mountain Plaza hotel is located in the very center of Davos Platz, just a few minutes' walk from the Jakobshorn or the Bolgen domain. Since 24 November 2023, the resort has been operated by Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG. The hotel has 210 different rooms, a restaurant and a Stübli, a wine bar and a large wellness area. Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG : CHEF DE PARTIE Production / à la carte 100% Mountain Plaza Hotel Your tasks • Prepare the mise en place daily • Prepare cold and hot dishes daily • Manage the assigned station in hot and cold kitchen • Assist during banquets and special events • Perform daily cleaning and tidying tasks • Carry out general cleaning work Your profile • Training: Experience as a Chef de Partie desired • Professional experience: Experience in production and à la carte service • Working method: You have a good ability to assimilate, like working independently, are reliable and flexible, and maintain an overview even in stressful situations • Quality management: Keen sense of quality and careful handling of food • Team spirit: You like working in a team and are ready to help in other areas • Languages: You have a good command of German in writing and speaking as well as oral knowledge of English • Commitment: You are flexible and ready to work also on weekends.
