Your Job

• Project responsibility: Independent management and coordination of service, new construction, conversion, and renovation projects
• Area management: Responsibility for the operational management of your area while complying with target and budget specifications
• Personnel management & deployment planning: Management, promotion, and targeted deployment planning of employees for optimal resource control
• Order management: Acquisition of new orders as well as ensuring sustainable workload and a project pipeline
• Safety & Compliance: Guaranteeing compliance with all safety specifications, instructions, and legal requirements
• Quality management: Implementation and further development of quality standards as well as the corporate mission statement
• Customer management: Professional support of existing customers as well as targeted expansion of long-term customer relationships

Your Profile

• Completed training as an Elektro-Projektleiter FA, eidg. dipl. Elektroinstallateur HFP or a comparable training
• Resilient leadership personality with strong initiative, high commitment, and flexibility
• Responsible, structured, and goal-oriented way of working with high quality and cost awareness
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as understanding of business contexts and efficient project processing
• Confident appearance, strong customer orientation, and strong communication skills
• Specialist knowledge and further training for the successful execution of the activity
