For Hälg Facility Management AG, a company of the Hälg Group, we are looking for a 100% Technical Property Manager in Rotkreuz starting immediately or by agreement.

Your challenge ##

• Respect and implementation of the valid occupational safety and health protection (AS/GS) concept
• Autonomous maintenance of the house/building technical installations
• Responsibility for smooth and punctual service delivery from third-party companies
• Ensuring updated operational documentation in the CAFM system as well as punctual service delivery according to the order
• Execution of tasks within the framework of valid regulations, instructions and processes in the company
• Realization or organization of repair and maintenance work for the building's technical installations
• Conducting technical inspection rounds in the assigned properties
• Analysis and resolution of faults
• On-call service

Your profile ##

• Completed basic training in the field of HVAC/MEP or as an installation maintenance specialist
• Continuing education as a maintenance specialist, technical buyer or comparable continuing education
• Training as a safety delegate (an asset)
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable field of activity
• Assured mastery of German; other languages an asset
• Advanced IT skills
• Knowledge of fire protection an asset
• Service-oriented, result and customer oriented
• Responsible, reliable personality, capable of working in a team and resistant to stress
• High commitment and great personal initiative
• Practical mentality
• Precise, proactive, autonomous and foresightful way of working
• Flexibility and availability for travel
• Category B driver's license
