We are looking for a Family Office Assistant / Paralegal to ensure the administrative, documentary, and regulatory follow-up for an international private clientele. This position is aimed at a person from a bank, a Family Office, a law firm, or a fiduciary company wishing to evolve in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.

Family Office Assistant / Paralegal (50-60%)

On behalf of a lawyer and financial intermediary based in the center of Genève.

Description

• Ensure the daily administrative follow-up of client files
• Manage KYC documentation and regulatory obligations
• Prepare, control, and update client files
• File and archive bank statements and other financial documents
• Participate in the administrative follow-up of payments and transfers
• Ensure the proper maintenance of files submitted to the regulatory requirements applicable to financial intermediaries
• Ensure the documentary follow-up of wealth structures (trusts, foundations, companies)
• Collaborate closely with the director on all administrative aspects related to private clients

Profile

• Previous experience in a bank, a Family Office, a law firm, a fiduciary company, or a similar environment
• Good knowledge of KYC processes and regulatory documentation
• Interest in wealth structures, trusts, foundations, and wealth management
• Excellent organizational skills and great rigor
• Sense of confidentiality and detail
• Ability to work autonomously within a small structure
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
• Good level of written understanding of English

Job Offer

• Activity rate: 50 to 60%
• Location: centre-ville de Genève
• Ideal start date: November or December 2026
• No teleworking planned
• Attractive remuneration depending on profile and experience
