Product Manager Urology

To strengthen our «Hospital Devices» product management team, we are looking for a committed Product Manager «Urology» – 100 % (m/f/d) as part of a succession arrangement. Your main tasks • Product responsibility for a product line of our clinical devices for extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) for urinary stone disease • Initiation and coordination of new developments and further developments in close cooperation with development and sales, including sub-project management • Preparation of business cases and definition of product requirements • Support during market launches and clinical trials of new products • Participation in national and international trade fairs and specialist congresses • Support and independent implementation of training for users, sales, international distributors, and employees • Collaboration with reference physicians and opinion leaders to optimize and further develop our solutions • Preparation of product-related marketing materials • Substantive review of product-specific instructions for use Your profile • Completed studies (Dipl.-Ing. or Master) in medical technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field of study • Specialist knowledge in X-ray and ultrasound imaging as well as electrical, network, and DICOM technology is an advantage • Very good technical understanding and interest in medicine as well as non-invasive treatment methods such as ESWL • Ideally 3-5 years of professional experience in medical product management • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; further foreign languages are an advantage • Confident and professional appearance as well as very good communication skills, also in medical professional circles and before groups • Willingness for international travel • Strong teamwork skills and confident working in a dynamic environment • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • High self-motivation, resilience, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and quality We offer • Pleasant and collegial working atmosphere in a promising industry • Versatile and demanding area of responsibility in an innovative and growing company • Direct cooperation with development, sales, and marketing as well as with leading specialist physicians • Varied activity in a motivated team • Flexible working hours and good social benefits • Further training opportunities You are a reliable and solution-oriented personality with a structured and independent way of working.
