As a certified and experienced SAP SuccessFactors consulting personality, you have been responsible for several Employee Central projects hands-on from conception to go-live. What you will do in your new role.

• You will take on a leading role in our exciting SAP SuccessFactors EC projects.
• For our customers, you are the contact person for HR processes and SF-EC technicalities throughout the entire project cycle.
• From A as in requirements analysis, B as in authorization concepts and business rules, C as in customizing over I as in implementation, S as in support to Z as in celebrating successes together, you play the entire gamut of professional project work.
• You share your extensive experience and your knowledge regarding HR processes, project methodology and SuccessFactors platform topics within the team.
• As a senior, you support our junior consultants in their development into competent and customer-oriented consulting personalities.

What you bring with you.

• Extensive SuccessFactors EC knowledge from responsible project roles (e.g., Stream Lead) in at least two projects across several project phases.
• In addition, configuration experience within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and platform knowledge regarding authorizations, Check Tool, Audit Tool, Data Retention etc.
• Comprehensive understanding of HR processes, project methodology and structured conceptual work in order to be able to take on a lead role in the projects.
• Flawless German skills in spoken and written form, plus business fluent English and willingness to travel within German-speaking Switzerland.
