You recognize opportunities, convince customers, and bring modernization projects to a successful conclusion. Your tasks are: • You actively build customer relationships and develop existing partnerships • You identify modernization potential and advise our customers on suitable solutions (replacement systems, partial renovations, complete modernizations) • You create convincing offers and pursue them until successful completion • You conduct negotiations and win modernization projects • You take overall responsibility for your projects - from the offer to the successful handover of the system • You work closely with installation and service to ensure a smooth implementation What you bring • You have technical understanding and enjoy direct exchange with customers • You convince with rhetorical skill, negotiation security, and closing strength • You have experience in selling capital goods • Experience in the elevator industry is a plus, but not a must • You work independently, proactively, and solution-oriented • And most importantly: You have a sense of humor - because we also like to laugh Your many benefits • Excellent development opportunities: Personnel development is lived at our company.
