In this responsible position, you will play a key role in the bidding phase of various structural protection projects and, with your technical and economic know-how, contribute significantly to the company's success.

• Examination and assessment of projects in the acquisition phase
• Responsible for the calculation of small to complex projects in the field of structural protection
• Construction process and schedule planning
• Supplier and subcontractor inquiries
• Price calculations for supplementary offers for construction sites in execution
• Preparation and implementation of negotiation talks
• Support of the management during contract award discussions

Your profile

• Completed basic training in the main construction industry
• Further training as a site manager, civil engineer, master builder, or equivalent further training
• Proficient in using IT programs (Microsoft Office, ABACUS is an advantage)
• High degree of technical and economic understanding
• Independent and team-oriented personality with an exact and committed way of working
