Knowledge of BMS/BAS systems, and comfortable with IT tools. HVAC and building automation technician to ensure monitoring of operation, maintenance and small works and follow the progress of projects, respect of deadlines, updating of technical documentation. Skills: • Knowledge of HVAC and Building Automation systems • To be competent regarding the design of installations, coordination and site monitoring. Validate commissioning and handovers • Understand functional analyses, know how to read an electrical diagram • To be autonomous, flexible, work in a team
