With your sensitivity for collaboration, your communicative strength, and your structured way of working, you will contribute to ensuring that our customers can rely on high-quality services at all times. In this role, you combine analytical thinking with a confident, appreciative manner and build sustainable relationships - both with partner companies and with internal contact persons. What awaits you ## A versatile role at the interface between claims management, regional repair shops, general agencies, and internal specialist departments. You will actively shape the further development of a professional partner network and contribute your ideas for quality and process improvement. What you will achieve with us ## In this function, you will actively shape the cooperation with our repair partners and make an important contribution to efficient and customer-oriented claims processing. You are responsible for the management of a defined partner portfolio and ensure that quality, cost, and service goals are achieved sustainably.   Through the analysis of relevant key figures and partner data, you will identify development opportunities at an early stage and implement targeted improvement measures. In doing so, you will move confidently between business management issues, operational requirements, and the needs of our customers.   As a central interface between partner companies, specialist departments, and regions, you will initiate and accompany changes, further develop standards, and strengthen a partnership-based collaboration in the entire vehicle damage process.   What you bring with you ## • Basic training in the automotive industry with a federal diploma • Experience in partner management or in a claims or insurance environment is a plus • Good understanding of business management contexts, cost/benefit questions, and quality key figures • Enjoyment in dealing with data, digital tools, and structured decision bases • Communication strength, negotiation skills, and the ability to bring different interests together in a solution-oriented manner • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working as well as a confident appearance at eye level • High service and quality orientation as well as enjoyment in shaping relationships in the long term Working with us ## You will become part of CC Vehicle Damage and work closely with motivated colleagues from the general agencies, the division, and XpertCenter.
