Tasks & Challenges

• Operational responsibility for the operation
• Coaching, leading and motivating employees
• Collaboration and support at the front
• Deployment and holiday planning
• Planning, organization and implementation of various events
• Compliance with hygiene guidelines and quality standards
• Various administrative activities

Qualifications & Competencies

• Completed training in gastronomy/hotel management
• Hotel management school degree or G2/G3
• Leadership experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Structured, efficient and precise way of working
• Service-oriented and flexible
• Assertive, competent and professional
• Warm, winning and sympathetic
