Tasks ##

• Manage financial accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Prepare and control monthly closings with rigor.
• Assist teams with various economic questions.

Skills ##

• Degree in finance and 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent command of German, French is an asset.
• Skills in SAP FI/CO and Excel required.

Your area of responsibility

• Responsibility for the financial accounting, customers and suppliers of several corporate restaurants, including general ledger
• Preparation, processing and control of monthly closings
• Contact person for client questions regarding invoices and payments
• Support for operations management on economic questions
• Monitoring of payments and means of payment
• Performing analyses and evaluations with SAP, Excel and Word
• Participation in closing work, provisions and plausibility checks

Your profile

• Completed training in finance and accounting
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable function
• Very good knowledge of German, additional knowledge in French and/or English is a plus
• Ideally knowledge of SAP FI/CO
• Good user skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Service-oriented personality, communicative and able to work in a team
• Great personal initiative as well as an autonomous and structured way of working
• Analytical capacity, rapid understanding and pleasure in finding solutions
