Civil Engineering Works Director 80-100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the local management and general coordination of civil engineering sites
• Plan, organize, and steer the works in compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality standards
• Prepare preliminary measurements, descriptive estimates, and participate in tender procedures
• Analyze offers and ensure the contractual follow-up of mandated companies
• Coordinate all stakeholders: clients, companies, specialized offices, and authorities
• Prepare and lead site meetings, write minutes, and ensure the follow-up of decisions
• Control the execution of the works, their conformity with plans, standards, and current regulations

Profile

• Diploma as a Civil Engineering Works Director with a federal certificate or diploma
• Proven experience in managing civil engineering and infrastructure sites in Switzerland
• Good mastery of VSS and SIA standards as well as public procurement procedures
• Mastery of standard IT tools and cost management and site monitoring software
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills with the various project partners
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented personality
