PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE / PHARMA - COATING DEPARTMENT 100% Your area of responsibility in the Coating (painting) department: Plant operation: Setting up, equipping, operating and cleaning Coating plants (e.g. drum coater, fluidized bed systems). Process monitoring: Monitoring critical parameters such as spray rate, supply air temperature, drum speed and product temperature. Coating suspension production: Weighing and producing Coating suspensions (aqueous or organic) according to recipe. [1] In-process controls (IPK): Carrying out quality tests during the process (e.g. determining weight gain, moisture, disintegration time). Documentation: Seamless documentation of batch documentation (manufacturing reports) according to GMP guidelines (Good Manufacturing Practice). Troubleshooting: Identifying and correcting process disruptions as well as initiating corrective measures in case of deviations. Technical requirements: Training: Completed vocational training as a pharmaceutical technician, chemical technician, pharmacist or a comparable technical training in the food/chemical industry. GMP knowledge: In-depth knowledge in the field of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and hygiene regulations. Professional experience: Ideally experience in galenic production, specifically in the coating or film coating of solid dosage forms. Languages: Very good German language skills in word and writing for precise documentation; English language skills are advantageous depending on the operation. Soft skills and personal qualities: Quality awareness: Extremely precise, clean and responsible working method. Technical understanding: Skill in handling complex production plants and computer-controlled systems. Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts (3-shift operation or 6-shift operation).
