Tinsmith Technician 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the preparation, organization, and monitoring of tinsmithing construction sites
• Plan and coordinate teams in the field to guarantee compliance with deadlines and execution quality
• Perform measurements, analyze plans, and develop technical details of the projects
• Collaborate closely with architects, construction managers, carpenters, and other construction site partners
• Manage material orders, supplies, and stock monitoring
• Control costs, monitor work progress, and ensure reporting to management
• Participate in the preparation of offers and the development of the tinsmithing sector

Profile

• Holder of a CFC in tinsmithing and additional training as a tinsmith foreman, technician, or federal diploma
• Proven experience of several years in the management of tinsmithing and building envelope construction sites
• Excellent mastery of reading plans and technical aspects related to roofs, facades, and waterproofing
• Ability to supervise teams and coordinate several projects simultaneously
• Rigorous, organized, and solution-oriented person
• Good interpersonal skills and aptitude to work with different interlocutors
• Mastery of standard IT tools and professional software
• Category B driving license
