Project Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete project management, from the preparation phase to their realization and closure
• Organize and plan the resources necessary for the proper progress of the construction sites
• Supervise the progress of the work on technical, financial, and organizational levels
• Coordinate internal teams, partners, and various stakeholders
• Guarantee compliance with deadlines, budget, quality requirements, and current standards
• Manage the relationship with clients, respond to their needs, and ensure quality follow-up
• Anticipate potential difficulties, manage changes, and implement necessary corrective actions
• Ensure the supervision of construction site teams and contribute to their professional support
• Ensure compliance with safety rules as well as company procedures and standards
• Guarantee the administrative follow-up of projects and establish the necessary reports for management

Profile

• CFC in the field of electricity, with higher education or a federal master's degree, an asset
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in conducting projects or technical construction sites
• Solid skills in planning, organization, and priority management
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
• Spirit of initiative, autonomy, rigor, and solution orientation
• Excellent mastery of French, with good knowledge of another language appreciated
• Ease with standard IT tools
