What awaits you

• Passionate commitment to the customers and AXA
• Solution-oriented and personal all-round advice (physical or digital) for insurance customers
• Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships
• Mediation of further products (finance and pension, health services) of AXA
• Acquisition of new customers (using modern as well as digital aids and existing AXA-internal processes)

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training as well as professional experience in the insurance industry
• Professionals with appropriate proof of performance (e.g., VBV) are welcome
• Anchored in the region
• Convincing appearance and good articulation skills
• Winning and resilient personality combined with a high customer & service orientation
• High degree of independence and flexibility
• Proficient German and English skills in speaking and writing, other languages an advantage
• Enjoyment of modern and contemporary digital tools
