Activities

• Take over responsibility for the technical and commercial processing of facade projects
• Ensure close cooperation with design and engineering teams to implement customer wishes
• Represent 4B competently towards business customers and promote internal communication
• Prepare post-calculations and manage supplementary claim management
• Independently manage projects of different sizes and material diversity
• Requirements
• Sound specialist knowledge in metal or wood construction with a specialization in facade construction
• Experience in the successful implementation of demanding facade projects, taking relevant standards and legislation into account
• Confident and target-group-oriented communication in German, ideally supplemented by French language skills
• Proficient project controlling with entrepreneurial thinking and teamwork skills
• Experienced use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
