Technical Project Lead – IVD Development Standards & Product Risks

You lead cross-functional engineering teams on global R&D initiatives in in-vitro diagnostics, bridging technical design, verification and regulatory compliance.

Tasks

• Plan, execute and own R&D deliverables, resources and budgets for complex global initiatives
• Standardize internal R&D processes and best practices to ensure regulatory alignment
• Act as the key R&D interface to Regulatory Affairs, Operations and executive stakeholders
• Apply expertise in IVD systems engineering, technical design and verification
• Lead high-performing technical project teams in a regulated IVD environment

Profile

• Proven track record leading technical project teams in a regulated IVD environment
• Experience in R&D systems engineering, verification and global regulatory alignment
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management in complex global matrix organizations
• Cross-functional leadership skills bridging design, risk management and compliance
