Your tasks

• + You are the first point of contact for your assigned customers and representatives regarding technical support for Switzerland, Spain, Portugal and Brazil.
• You make sound decisions independently in order to process inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• You act as a reliable and adaptable partner towards our customers, reacting flexibly to changing framework conditions.
• You lead the team according to the applicable leadership principles and support technical further development.
• Through proactive deployment planning, you ensure optimal utilization of the service technicians.
• You maintain the planning tool without gaps and always keep an overview of all administrative tasks.

Your qualifications

• + You have a successfully completed technical vocational training in the mechanical or electrical field.
• Ideally, you already bring several years of experience in a comparable function and have been able to prove yourself in a leadership role.
• You have a confident command of the MS Office suite as well as working with SAP - both support you efficiently in your daily work.
• Very good language skills in German and Spanish are required. Any further language is an advantage.
• You are characterized by a structured and organized way of working and always encounter internal and external contact persons in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
• As a committed service provider, you are used to a high level of commitment. Customer orientation, independence, and sense of responsibility characterize your professional actions.
