In order to complete our team, we are looking for a: Game Employee - 100% Permanent contract Mission description Reporting to the reception department, you will be responsible for ensuring the reception and orientation of the clientele, performing access controls in accordance with legal and internal requirements, and contributing to offering a quality customer experience in a professional and convivial environment. Expected profile You benefit from a valid work permit in Switzerland or fulfill the conditions allowing its acquisition. Given the irregular hours inherent to the function, you have personal organization and travel solutions compatible with the requirements of the position. You benefit from commercial or hotel training or significant experience in a reception or customer service function, ideally acquired in a demanding environment. Experience within a casino is an asset. Endowed with an excellent presentation and a sharp sense of hospitality, you enjoy contact with clientele and know how to demonstrate courtesy, discretion and professionalism in all circumstances. You express yourself with ease in French and English; any other language constitutes an advantage. Rigorous, reliable and organized, you are comfortable with control procedures and usual IT tools. Flexible, you are willing to work according to irregular hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, and enjoy teamwork.
