Machine Setter Two-Shift (Alternating Early and Late Shift)

Daily tasks include, among others:

• Setting up and starting up the production systems as well as technical support during production runs.
• Active participation in the AM Team (Autonomous Maintenance): support and implementation of AM activities such as cleaning, inspection, and lubrication tasks (CIL), recognizing and reporting anomalies, participation in AM stage development, as well as close cooperation with operators to strengthen near-line equipment competence.
• Recording and managing operational and machine data (parameter standards, machine logbook, shift report).
• Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work on the production machines.
• Optimizing production processes through improvements to tools and machine parameters as well as participation in AM and CI improvement projects.
• Creation of training documents for the training of colleagues on the production lines.
• Instruction and training of operational employees, including support with AM methods, operating competence, and technical standards.

For this demanding task, in addition to flexibility and enjoyment of working in a team, you bring the following qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in a technical field (Polymechaniker in the field of plant engineering, Landmaschinenmechaniker, Baumaschinenmechaniker, Anlageführer EFZ, Automobilmechatroniker) and corresponding further training (BP, HF)
• Willingness to work shifts (weekly rotation: early and late shift) and Saturday assignments
• Relevant professional experience in a similar position (production plant with support of production systems)
• Experience in the application of various problem-solving methods (FishBone, 5W etc)
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Sharepoint)
• Creation of work instructions, teaching materials, and questionnaires; hygiene and GMP awareness
• Very good German skills are mandatory and good English skills are a plus
• Furthermore, you are characterized by your analytical and process-oriented thinking and your quick comprehension.
• You share your knowledge and ensure know-how transfer within the department
• You have good organizational time management and work accurately and expeditiously
