In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components required for the precise control of plasma processes, which are used in the production of memory chips or touchscreens for sensors, smartphones, or tablets.

This is what you will do:

• Operational and strategic procurement of machines, equipment, technical components, and services for our engineering areas
• Independent support and further development of suppliers in Germany and Switzerland
• Development and implementation of procurement strategies for the assigned product groups
• Independent execution of offer comparisons as well as price, contract, and framework agreement negotiations
• Close coordination of technical and commercial requirements with engineering and other internal specialist departments

What you bring with you:

• Several years of professional experience in strategic procurement, especially in the procurement of machines and equipment
• Completed studies in the field of engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable technical field
• Good SAP user knowledge as well as advanced Excel skills
• Business fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Independent and strategic way of working, negotiating strength and analytical thinking skills, as well as enjoyment of working in an international environment
