You can learn more about us in this video   Your new challenges: #### In this responsible position, you will take responsibility at the main location in Ebikon for the recording and administration of our service contracts as well as the correct processing of contract mutations. You will ensure timely and precise commercial processing and thus contribute significantly to internal and external customer satisfaction.   Tasks: • Creating and managing service contracts as well as executing contract mutations • Creating invoices, credit notes and recharges • Opening and changing customer accounts as well as supporting the specialists in customer data management • Managing digital communication channels (Outlook, Teams, Salesforce) as well as ensuring efficient processing of inquiries • Telephone and written advice and support for internal and external customers regarding administrative matters • Committed teamwork, active participation in daily business as well as co-designing and developing efficient processes      Your ideal prerequisites: #### • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent education • Flair for numbers as well as an exact, independent and service-oriented way of working • Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); SAP knowledge is an advantage • Strong IT affinity as well as enjoyment of proactive, telephone customer contact • Very good German skills; French skills (especially oral) are an advantage • Strong customer orientation as well as strong communication and teamwork skills      Our benefits: #### • Excellent development opportunities: Personnel development is lived with us.
