To support our team in the Thun region (branches Strättligen, Dürrenast and Bälliz), we are looking for a competent, committed and service-oriented personality, starting immediately or by arrangement.

What you will achieve

• Comprehensive advice and support for our customers regarding our basic products and the sale of all payment services (card products, foreign currencies, precious metals)
• Advice on initial questions in the financing, investment and pension areas
• Maintenance of the advisory counter and the equipment of the self-service zone such as ATM, coin and banknote depositors as well as the safe deposit facility

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training, preferably in the banking industry
• Experience in customer advisory
• Enjoyment of daily personal customer contact and a high awareness of quality
• Customer- and service-oriented way of working
• Good communication skills, openness and resilience as personal strengths
