Job Description You are the central contact person for our customers, advising them on our service offerings and coordinating the appointments for our customer service technicians. You enjoy working in a team and appreciate a lively everyday working life with a lot of customer contact. You ensure the correct and up-to-date maintenance of our plant master data in SAP and maintain an overview even in hectic moments. You enjoy discovering the versatile tasks in customer service anew every day and bring enthusiasm for service-oriented work. Qualifications Education: Commercial basic training (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification Experience: Industry knowledge is an advantage – however, your positive attitude and your willingness to learn new things are more important to us.
