Then become part of our success story. We are looking for a creative and customer-oriented person to support our team in the area of cross-channel communication for Sales and Growth. In this role, you will help create clear, understandable, and impactful content along the customer lifecycle - for example, for upsell communication, mobile add-on options, subscription upgrades, and technical customer explanations. In doing so, you will use channel- and platform-specific insights as well as SEO and AI-Search optimization to ensure the right message reaches the right customers via the appropriate channel. YOUR CHALLENGE: Write and help shape email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns with a focus on customer benefit, clarity, and conversion; Create and further develop website texts and UI elements such as pop-ups; Translate technical product features into simple and understandable customer benefits; Create SEO-optimized web content and support visibility in AI search; Use customer behavior as well as campaign and performance insights to improve relevance, channel fit, and conversion; Adapt communication styles to different channels, platforms, and customer situations; Collaborate with Base Management, Digital, Product, Sales, and Care to ensure consistent and high-quality customer communication. YOUR SKILLS: Ongoing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in communication, media, journalism, languages, translation, marketing, or a similar field with a strong connection to text and communication; Very good writing skills and enjoyment of clear, customer-oriented communication; Good sense of customer benefit, tone, simplicity, and brand appearance; Interest in digital marketing, CRM communication, SEO, and AI-Search; Initial experience with content creation, campaign communication, copywriting, or digital channels is an advantage; Structured, reliable, and collaborative way of working; Fluent German skills and very good English skills; good French or Italian skills are an advantage.
