Our customer is a large recycling company with many locations in Switzerland. With their world-unique technology, they recover valuable metals and minerals from combustion slag that would otherwise simply end up in a landfill. In doing so, you save tons of CO2 and protect our environment.

Job Description ##

• Carrying out maintenance and repair work in our Centro Uno, which includes, among other things, pumps for sludge and water, electric motors, filter presses, screw drives, sensors, and other machines and devices
• Responsible for troubleshooting and rectifying faults in mechanical systems
• Carrying out welding work and other mechanical repairs
• Participating in the installation and commissioning of new machines and systems
• Documenting the work performed and creating maintenance reports
• Supporting the improvement of maintenance processes and the increase in efficiency of the plants

We expect ##

• Education: You have completed training as a mechanic or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: You have experience in handling pumps and electric motors, and electrical knowledge is an advantage.
• Know-how: Experience in welding technology (e.g., MIG/MAG, TIG) is required.
• Personality: You bring teamwork skills, a quick grasp, and flexibility, convince through good communication skills and polished manners, and distinguish yourself as a motivated, reliable, and independent personality who enjoys new and challenging tasks.
• Language skills: German
• Additional: Willingness to work on Saturdays and evening shifts, if required
