These tasks will inspire you

• Picking and processing customer orders
• Booking goods receipts and goods issues in SAP
• Independent loading and unloading of trucks with a counterbalance forklift
• Efficient management and administration of the warehouse (raw materials, auxiliary materials, and finished products) in block and high-bay warehouses
• Implementation and ensuring of quality and occupational safety standards
• Maintenance and updating of process and QM documentation in SharePoint in cooperation with the Head of Forwarding
• Taking over the deputy role for the Head of Forwarding (coordination of a team of 3 employees)

We look forward to this profile

• Completed training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in warehouse and forwarding
• SUVA-recognized forklift license for counterbalance forklifts
• Very good SAP and MS Office skills
• Independent, structured, and efficient way of working
• Technical understanding as well as confident handling of counterbalance forklifts (e.g., Linde E20/E30)
• Proficient German language skills in speaking and writing (at least B2)
• Enjoyment of contact with drivers and internal contact persons
• Sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, and willingness to take on deputy tasks
• Flexibility and helpfulness with further arising activities
