What does the function involve?
In this function, you lead and inspire your team of approx. 5 – 8 specialist employees. You coordinate and lead the training of new as well as existing employees and also accompany your employees in the field at a later stage. Ensuring compliance with and application of the guidelines for safety applications as well as environmental and quality awareness requires a corresponding role model function. You support internal departments with technical questions. Every month, you manage the telephone hotline for our employees in the field for one week. Additionally, you are yourself in technical deployment at our customers' locations.
What do you bring with you?
You have an (electro-)technical basic training. Several years of experience in the service sector will facilitate the exercise of this function.
You have further training in the technical field, and leadership experience is an advantage.
You are an entrepreneurially minded personality.
You can set priorities and have organizational talent.
You love challenges that involve personnel management paired with technical deployment and administrative tasks.
