Our client is a consulting company operating in the Lucerne area, which specializes in occupational pension schemes and is known for its sustainable solutions for clients. Since growth is currently occurring, we are looking for a personality who will take on a central role in legal issues surrounding occupational pension schemes as  Lawyer # Your area of responsibility   In this function, you will independently manage legal topics in the area of mandatory as well as supplementary occupational pension schemes. You will advise and accompany internal specialist departments as well as clients in demanding issues surrounding collective foundations, vested benefits foundations, and Pillar 3a. In addition, you will review, optimize, and harmonize regulations, contracts, and other legal bases in close cooperation with the respective management teams. You will be in exchange with authorities and supervisory bodies and will always keep an eye on regulatory developments in the BVG environment. From this, you will derive practical recommendations and support the organization in governance and compliance matters. You will also actively participate in data protection and promote internal knowledge transfer through training and close cooperation with various specialist departments. Your personality    You have a university degree in law (MLaw or lic. iur.) and bring sound knowledge in social security law - ideally with a focus on pension schemes or financial services. Your very good German skills will preferably be supplemented by French and English skills. As a team-oriented personality, you take responsibility, think in networks, and like to contribute new ideas. You work in a structured, independent manner with a clear focus on tailor-made solutions.
