Tasks • Cutting and deboning: Precise cutting, deboning and dressing of calf, beef and lamb • Sausage production: Assistance in the production of our various raw and cooked sausages • Cooking and raw curing production: Professional preparation and refinement of our products • Participation in all areas of meat processing to ensure the highest product quality • General cleaning work of the production rooms Requirements • Completed training as a butcher/meat specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification • Passion for the craft and high quality awareness • Independent, reliable and committed work style • Teamwork and upright personality • Hygienic and expedient work style We offer • 5 weeks of vacation • Varied tasks • Young, motivated team • Family-friendly work environment
