In this responsible function, you will take over the technical leadership of the operational procurement team and ensure efficient and timely material supply together with the relevant departments. Additionally, you will actively drive the continuous optimization of procurement processes and the digitization of procurement. Team Leader Operational Procurement (m/w/d) ###   ### Your tasks ### • Technical leadership, coaching, and development of the team in operational procurement • Responsibility for operational procurement and ensuring timely material supply • Planning and monitoring of material requirements as well as optimization of disposition processes • Analysis and development of procurement and supply chain metrics • Identification and implementation of optimization potential along procurement processes • Creation and maintenance of process documentation, work instructions, and standards • Close collaboration with procurement, production, planning, logistics, and suppliers • Responsibility as Key User for the ERP system as well as support for digitization and process projects • Monitoring of data quality and ensuring efficient system processes • Participation in cross-departmental projects and continuous improvement of the supply chain   Your profile ### • Commercial or technical basic training with further education in procurement, supply chain management, or a comparable field • Several years of professional experience in operational procurement, disposition, or material planning in an industrial company • Experience in technical leadership or coaching of employees is an advantage • In-depth knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP), inventory management, and supplier control • Very good ERP knowledge as well as secure handling of MS Office • High affinity for process optimization, digitization, and data-based work • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • Communication-strong personality with assertiveness and pronounced team orientation • Very good German language skills as well as good English language skills in word and writing • Willingness to make occasional business trips   Our client offers ### • A responsible leadership function with diverse tasks and scope for design • Modern working conditions with flexible working models • Individual training and development opportunities • Progressive employment conditions and attractive social benefits • A collegial, appreciative working environment with short decision-making paths Have we sparked your interest?
