With efficient coordination of seat allocation, you ensure that guest requests are taken into account optimally. You support the service team in organizing and preparing special occasions and events to create unforgettable experiences. In administrative tasks such as phone calls, reservations, and back-of-house organization, you actively contribute to the smooth operation of the business. With your helpful and courteous nature, you are available to our guests at all times for questions and concerns. Your profile Experience in the gastronomy or hotel industry is an advantage, but above all, we are looking forward to your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy contact with guests. Very good verbal language skills in German (C2+) and English, additional language skills are a plus. A high degree of flexibility and stress tolerance are a matter of course for you. Your well-groomed appearance and polite manners make you a perfect representative of our team. With organizational talent and the ability to work independently, you ensure a smooth process - even in hectic moments.
