Polymechaniker/in CNC-Fertigung 100%

For our customer in the Kanton Luzern Land, we are looking for a Polymechaniker/in CNC-Fertigung 100% (m/w) starting immediately

Would you like to apply your technical know-how in an innovative production environment? In this varied role, you will support our team with an advanced machine park in the production and remanufacturing of systems and injection molding tools. In doing so, you will make a decisive contribution to the smooth operation of our highly automated production systems and their machine equipment - in regulated day operations (no shift work).

WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE:

• Programming and manufacturing of precise mold and fixture components on CNC milling machines using CAM systems
• Independent quality control through measuring and testing the manufactured components
• Co-designing and optimizing manufacturing processes and workflows
• Collaboration with assembly for mold and fixture construction

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

• Completed vocational training as Polymechaniker EFZ, specialization CNC-Fertigung
• Ideally experience in a production company
• Experience with 5-axis CNC milling centers – this is a prerequisite
• Knowledge of Heidenhain controls is a great plus
• Experienced professionals are expressly welcome
• An eye for detail and a precise, careful way of working
• Enthusiasm for technical challenges and solution-oriented thinking
• Openness to flexible working and the ability to act independently and with initiative
• You appreciate stable processes, enjoy taking responsibility, and actively contribute your knowledge to the team
