You shape work and learning environments for the Kanton Luzern, combining space, equipment and modern media technology. From the first idea to implementation, you develop solutions together with the users that are functionally convincing and meet the requirements of tomorrow.

Your tasks

• You independently plan and realize equipment, relocation and smaller renovation projects in building construction and accompany them from conception through procurement to implementation.
• Together with users, you develop demand-oriented solutions for rooms and their equipment. In doing so, you also advise portfolio managers and facility managers on room design, furniture, materials and lighting.
• For AV media solutions, you coordinate planning, procurement and implementation and ensure that technical requirements and spatial conditions work together meaningfully.
• With a view to future work, learning and meeting environments, you further develop standards for equipment, furniture and AV media and contribute new requirements, technologies and solution approaches to further development.
• In your projects, you coordinate internal and external stakeholders and also ensure commercial processing. This includes SAP construction administration, invoice control, credit management as well as the management of the income and investment accounts. In addition, you contribute to cross-functional tasks and projects and support management with organizational and technical topics.

Your profile

• A completed degree at a university of applied sciences or university, supplemented by relevant further training, forms your professional basis.
• Through your several years of professional experience in the planning and implementation of equipment, relocation, renovation or comparable construction projects, you bring the know-how for the independent management of different projects.
• With your sense for spaces, materials, colors, light and furnishing, you combine design and functional requirements and are interested in current developments surrounding modern work, learning and meeting environments.
• Knowledge in the field of AV media and an understanding of digital work and learning forms help you to integrate technical solutions meaningfully into spatial concepts. Good organizational and commercial skills as well as ideally experience with SAP round off your profile.
• In exchange with different stakeholder groups, you succeed in identifying needs and translating them into practical solutions. You work independently and reliably, maintain an overview even with several parallel projects and value cooperation across specialist and departmental boundaries.
