What you move You advise, coach and support line managers and employees in all personnel matters of the areas assigned to you (incl. occupational health management) * You recruit new employees from a wide range of professional profiles in the logistical, technical and commercial environment * You are the contact person for all labor law questions and provide advisory support to the line and the employees * You actively participate in the further development of our HR services (in the area of personnel development and health management) * You are involved in various work and project groups What you bring * Education: Eidg. Fachausweis * Specialization: Human Resources, personnel development, recruitment * Professional experience: 5-7 years in a comparable function, experience in the logistics sector is an advantage * You have a commercial basic education with further training in HR (at least Eidg.
