Logistics Dispatcher Clerk

Your tasks:

• Clerk for dispatch and deployment planning for warehouse, vehicles, drivers and transport orders

Organisation and coordination of national traffic

• Monitoring and ensuring a timely flow of goods
• Optimization of tours taking into account costs, time and quality
• Contact person for customers, drivers, suppliers and internal departments
• Recording and processing of transport orders in the ERP or dispatch system
• Monitoring of delivery dates as well as proactive information in case of delays
• Creation and control of transport and shipping documents
• Coordination of loading and unloading processes
• Complaint processing and initiation of suitable measures
• Compliance with legal regulations (LSVA, driving and rest times, ADR an advantage)
• Close cooperation with warehouse, production and sales
• Maintenance of customer and master data
• Support in the continuous optimization of logistical processes

Your profile:

• Completed training as Logistiker EFZ, Disponent, Kaufmann EFZ (Transport/Logistics) or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in transport dispatch or logistics
• Good geographical knowledge of Switzerland
• Experience with ERP and dispatch systems
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Highly organized, resilient and solution-oriented personality
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, other languages an advantage
• Willingness for flexible working hours depending on operations
