Operations Employee Tank Farm with development to Deputy Warehouse Manager (m/f/d) 100% in Rothenburg (LU)

Do you have a technical background, like to roll up your sleeves, and want to take the next step in your professional development?

For our tank farm in Rothenburg, we are looking for a reliable and responsible personality with development potential. You will receive comprehensive training in our tank farm operations for around 12 months and will then take on the function as deputy warehouse manager in our five-member team.

Your tasks:

• Collaboration in daily tank farm operations and in the handling of our products
• Loading and unloading as well as monitoring of product movements
• Tank measurements and quality controls
• Operation of the software TTA for the control, monitoring, and automation of tank farm processes
• Safety controls as well as maintenance work
• Gradual assumption of organizational and coordinative tasks
• After successful 12-month training: Deputy Warehouse Manager

What you bring with you

• Technical or manual vocational training, e.g., as an electrician, mechanic, automation technician, polymechanic, plant operator, chemical technician or comparable
• Professional experience in a technical or industrial environment is an advantage
• High level of safety and responsibility awareness
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of teamwork and taking on responsibility
• Very good German skills, English is an advantage
• Readiness for shift work Monday to Friday, 05:00 – 13:30 or 08:00 – 16:30

Leadership experience is an advantage, but not a must. For us, what is decisive is your motivation and your potential to develop into the role of deputy warehouse manager.
