Job description
The pop e poppa familienservice group is a network of childcare facilities operating throughout Switzerland. pop e poppa is the largest Swiss network in childcare and, from Geneva to Schaffhausen, is an important component of family-complementary care with daycare centers, playgroups and daycares. Child and family are at the center of our considerations and actions, which is why we accompany, care for and promote each child individually and view parental work as an important part of everyday life. At Pop e Poppa Luzern Rösslimatt, we create a lovingly structured environment in which every child feels safe and valued and can discover the world at their own pace. To complement our great team in our after-school care center, we are looking for a : Specialist in Care, 60% as of 01. September 2026 or by arrangement. What you bring with you:

Completed training as a Specialist in Care Child, Toddler Educator or Toddler Educator HF
Joy in constructive parental work
Motivation, sense of duty and sense of responsibility
Solution-oriented and networked thinking
Very good organizational skills
Good German skills in speaking and writing
