Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

• Technical and administrative management of construction sites
• Site-related personnel management
• Financial processing of the construction sites assigned to you
• Support and advice for clients and planners
• Quotation management and contract processing
• Collaboration in calculation and offer processing
• Completion of construction site administration

Your profile:

• Sound training and proven track record in road and civil engineering
• Entrepreneurial, business-oriented thinking
• Organizational skill and high assertiveness
• Proficient in dealing with clients and construction management
• Confident German in spoken and written form
• Team player, motivated, flexible and resilient
• Car driver's license
• Good MS-Office skills
• Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
