Head of Finance & Controlling

In the food industry, HACO AG is internationally known for individual and innovative food products. We develop and produce snacks, instant coffee, soups, sauces, ready-to-eat meals and "Smart & Healthy" products at the highest level. To complement our Shared Services management team, we are looking for a Head of Finance & Controlling HACO AG 100%. Tasks ## As Head of Finance & Controlling, you will take on a central leadership role in a matrix-organized corporate structure and will be directly reporting to the CFO of the HACO Group. In this position, you will not only lead the central finance department but also actively support the controlling functions (such as production controlling) within the individual business fields of Culinary Dried, Coffee and Snacks in Switzerland. The controllers act as business partners in close coordination with the respective business area managers. Additionally, you will be responsible for the overall financial responsibility for the Shared Services area, which operates across business fields. You will also support the CFO of the Group in various matters such as Treasury and the company's own pension fund. Your responsibility - strategic, integrative, forward-looking Leadership & Matrix Coordination • Leadership of a central finance team. • Management and coordination of business controllers (business fields Culinary Dried, Coffee and Snacks) with central processes production and logistics. • Promotion of cooperation in the matrix structure as well as establishment of uniform standards and tools in controlling (e.g. HK price calculation, process costing, -). • Responsibility and active design for the continuous digitization, optimization and strategic further development of financial processes. Shared Services Switzerland & Financial Management • Overall financial responsibility for Shared Services functions. • Responsibility for financial and operational accounting according to Swiss GAAP FER and internal group standards. • Management of sales, payment and delivery terms of the business fields in accordance with the company's guidelines. • Timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. Collaboration on HACO Group matters • Active support of the CFO of the HACO Group (Group Treasury Management, Risk Management and other selected projects). Controlling & Business Partnering • Consolidation of financial planning for all business fields in Mid-Term Plan and Budget. • Derivation of financial targets from business field strategies. • Further development of controlling instruments for managing production, sales and standard costs. • Conducting economic analyses, break-even, contribution margin and cost structure analyses as well as investment calculations. • Optimization of profitability through active management and periodic target-actual analyses. • Maintenance of SAP-based value flows and systems. Requirements ## Your profile - networked thinking, leadership strong, entrepreneurial • Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance & Controlling. • Several years of leadership and specialist experience in financial accounting, controlling and reporting - ideally in a matrix-organized food or consumer goods industry. • In-depth experience with SAP (FI/CO) and digitization tools (such as Power BI). • High communicative competence with leadership at eye level towards business area managers, operations, HR, sales, corporate development and central functions. • Entrepreneurial thinking, assertiveness and ability to work integratively.
